I ordered a beautiful quilt from Amelia Quilt from Facebook on November 29, 2018 and received a confirmation email with an order number. On December 10th I received am email from them saying that my quilt was done and I would receive tracking information as soon as it was shipped. Another week went by and I never received anything so I sent an email to them inquiring about the status. We’ve been emailing back and forth and all I get is an automated/scripted reply from them. Yep. I fell for it. Lost $65.00 and will be in touch with my credit card company about how to proceed. I’m usually very careful about this kind of stuff. I guess there’s a first time for everything. Won’t fall for it again. Once I started inquiring about the status of my quilt, I got emails from Tania (Ecrafta) . Not a real person. The responses I receive back from the several emails I sent did not provide any detailed information at all. Very vague. Be warned. This is a scam. Don’t fall victim to these folks like I did.

A few weeks ago Facebook had pushed an ad selling quilts for $69.95 each, free shipping. I purchased two quilts through PayPal (used my Am Ex). Received confirmation the order was placed from vendor and received receipt from pay pal. On Dec 11 2018 received shipment confirmation on one quilt which thought that was odd since I ordered two, but thought it was an error, then received email from DHL saying shipment was in process with tracking number. Didn’t receive shipment but thought it was returned by Post Office. Sent email didn’t receive a reply. Links in promotional sales email didn’t work. Googled “Amelia Quilts” then a story came up saying it was a scam (below). Went to Facebook search Amelia Quilts and numerous posts saying they were scammed. I normally don’t buy stuff off of Facebook but this was a promotion pushed buy Facebook in my feed I thought it was legitimate. I thought FB would have confirmed it was a valid company. Facebook is partially responsible in my opinion. Unfortunate!
I have my emails if needed. I will dispute with credit card company.

After several weeks, I emailed them asking for shipping information. They of course sent me a tracking number for DHL, which didn’t exist in the DHL system. I continued to email me them asking for a proper tracking number and they eventually just stopped emailing me back and I haven’t heard anything from them since. Very frustrating to throw your money away for nothing in return!

I’ve had problems now 3 times, although the other two items were "OK" but very poorly made. Not at all like the ad on FB.

Amelia Quilts aka ecrafta aka printabel snet paypal a DHL tracking # . It originated in China! When it arrived on Dec. 27, it was ONE 2′ by 3′ joke of a quilts not even big enough for my dogs bed. This is unbelieveable. I am so angry that this company is still allowed to function and that Paypal has them as a member, which gives buyers a false sense of security. Do not o business with this scam…. at the time of purchase I did not see negative reviews… a month later it is all over the internet what scammers they are, they are a known fake company etc. I sure pray I get my money back as do all others who worked hard for their money and lost all of it whilst trying to give quality gifts to loved ones

We saw an ad for customized quilts on Facebook. Placed an order in early December and funds were immediately taken out of my checking account.
Received a confirmation and a follow up email on December 12 indicating my custom quilt was ready and would shipped soon.
Followed up today to check on my quilt. Have learned from various sources Facebook, google, a reporter who wrote a story about this company and have quickly learned that this is a scam company.
The emails have enough information to look legit but as I look back there is no confirmation number and the amount that I spend was not on any of my confirmations. This company preyed on the fact that we are all busy during the holidays and took advantage of the fact that I might not be as careful as I should have been.

I was informed of the website/saw the site on Facebook by my mother, who was interested in a quilt. I wanted to get it for her for Christmas. I ordered it on 11/26/18. On 12/10/18 I got an email stating that my quilt was ready for shipping and that she would send me an email with the tracking number from DHL when they shipped it out. It is 12/22/18. I STILL have not received an email with a tracking number. I decided to go online to find a phone number to reach them about it and question it. When I put Amelia Quilt in online, the top two trending pages were talking about Amelia Quilts being a scam!!!!!!!!! Now it says that the site is not available/the shop is unavailable. I called my bank and had to have my debit card deactivated and have to get a new one. I also need to file a dispute questionaire. I hope that they are able to give me my credit back, because this is ridiculous!!!!!!!! When I was talking to the bank (customer support), she had said that she had personally heard of the Amelia Quilt being a scam! I am so upset. I really wanted my mom to have this nice quilt. Do NOT "buy" from Amelia Quilt!!! It isn’t real!

I called them today and I’ll be getting a refund and a new account. It was supposed to be a Christmas present ??!so much for that!

Through Facebook, I ordered a Dachshund quilt and an NCAA quilt neither of which every arrived. I contacted them repeatedly. I was told I would be contacted when the product shipped. I was sent a fake tracking number for DHL that showed a package leaving for shipment yet never arriving. DHL has confirmed that was a bogus tracking number. The fakers are using zen.com to act as one level of separation between them and the consumers. If you file a complaint, you get a standard response saying your complaint was filed and would be addressed and advise you to call the merchant between Mon-Fri 8-6pm but no phone number is given. All shady.

I finally received an email today stating "still in production" (attached pic) that matches another complaint I’ve seen that still hasn’t received their items either. On Nov. 17th I saw an ad by "Amelia Quilt" on facebook, showing an adorable quilt with dachshund puppy designs. I own doxies so was intrigued. Upon going to their website I saw they had a Christmas sale, and found a cute Camping themed quilt for my son, and Motorcycle themed quilt for my husband, that I purchased for a Christmas gift. My credit card was processed through Pay Pal on that date, and I was sent an order confirmation via email, telling me I would be notified in approx. 5 business days and given a tracking number via DHL. I never received that notice, so gave it a few more days. Upon trying to contact the company, I got an auto generated email saying they would respond in 24 hours. In the meantime, I tried clicking on the link of my original confirmation email to check the status of my order, and was directed to a page saying I was trying to locate a page that was not existant, or had been deleted! I decided to do some research and found out that ecrafta.com is actually a company based in China, doing busines first as Emma Cotton (with many unhappy customers, google ecrafta via TrustPilot.com ). Emma Cotton’s website: emmacotton09.com is currently still in operation and is the EXACT clone of the Amelia Quilt website: amelia-quilts.com, only the Amelia Quilt website is based in Salem Oregon, and Emma Cotton is based in Wesson, Mississippi, although if you do more research you will see that their contact is in Mississippi, but their back story says they are in Australia.. It is all very convoluted, but the one thing that is clear is that this company will take your money and not ship the item they sold to you.
