I placed an order for 3 kids face Shields August 14 2020 & I have not received any other info from this company nor have they responed to now 4 emails! This is beyond ridiculous & this company needs to be shut down & taken off FB & IG! I could not even write a review! Also showing signs of fraud.
I ordered 2 face shields back in June. They advertised made in the USA and what a crock. I’ve emailed them several times and here it is end of Sept. NEVER AGAIN ! Facebook needs to remove this company from using them. When they do, I ALWAYS COMMENT how bad they are and to NOT order from them! They have no one to address any complaints. IT’S A TOTAL SCAM ! I’m just thankful, I didn’t spend more money than I did ! LESSON LEARNED !
I purchased 2 adult and 2 kids face shields. They came damaged and the quality of the product was very bad so I tried to call them to discuss my issues. There is no phone number so it is impossible to contact them.. I mailed them back within 30 days of my order and so far they have not issued a credit. I did contact my credit card to deny the charge and they have also not heard from them for the dispute. I think that Facebook needs to take their post off so that this does not happen to anyone else.
I have sent several emails requesting a refund or replacement and have gotten no response.
“My face shield was damaged in delivery. I need a replacement, but if the next one will be sent in a flimsy plastic package like this one, don’t bother. I would prefer a refund to my PayPal account instead of getting another damaged item. I don’t know how you could have expected it to be intact without better packaging.

BEWARE! I ordered and received 2 shields within 2-3 weeks. Unfortunately, the cloth covered plastic band is very small and the shield presses on my face. I have “emailed” multiple times to get instructions for return and refund. NO RESPONSE!
I ordered, paid and received an email stating they were shipped. TOTAL SCAM! THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS.

I ordered one full face visor and again as posted above the shield is scratched and foggy. I have written them twice to request for instructions to return for refund of my money. No response back. I will try to get my money back from PayPal.

DO not buy from this company. I ordered it and it was packaged so poorly, it was bent, foggy instead of clear, and scratched badly. I believe is damaged some before it was sent. I tried to contact them (25 times by the only option email) and they have not responded. BEWARE

I ordered 2 face shields from an “American company” that said the face shields were made in America. When they finally arrived after a couple weeks the tags on them had Chinese characters and no evidence of Made In USA any where. I’ve written 3 times so far asking for a refund on my credit card. I’d say I’ve been scammed out of nearly $40. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They appear to be scam artists. Thanks to corvid giving them an excuse to sell shoddy products.
This is a scam! The product is not USA made! And it made in China and shipping takes 4 weeks. When you receive it, they are all scratched broken and bent. Tried emailing, reaching out on Facebook, through PayPal. No response.
