* ** * *** *** ** *** ** *** **. I received funding for a two-month institutional visit at the
department of anthropology at Irvine, California (*** *** *** ***). I wrote on Craigslist searching for a
room and a person wrote me via email from the address [email protected], saying that she could provide
me with a flat for $850 per month all-inclusive. She made me compile a form with some information and returned to
me a rent agreement and said she would have sent the keys once the payment was through, asking for both the
months’ rent and the security deposit. The rent agreement was in the names of Ghazarossian Ardash and Patrick
Adyer. After I paid she said she would ship the keys soon, but never delivered, and I then discovered that the same
flat is on Craigslist at a different price and with a different security deposit, but with the same pictures that she sent
me. The bank account she made me pay was Bank Name: Key Bank Account Name:Ralph Anderson Routing
Number:*** Account Number:*** Swift code: *** Bank address:4515 Lafayette
Rd,Indianapolis IN 46254 USA. I paid through TransferWise and still have not received the keys and highly doubt I
will ever get them, or that the keys will be the real and right ones. I found several similar scam schemes on the
website https://www.bbb.org/scamtracker/us. Please verify that this is a legitimate activity.
