When you answer its a recording saying that the business is not registered on the Alexa Amazon Network. They are looking for only a few people in our area to qualify. It asks you to press one if interested or 2 if you are not. This is probably like the Google scam. They want info and a credit card number. Everyone should know you dont pay for Google to suggest your business.
