Got a phone call on my husband’s cell phone asking for me (red flag) Stated I had won over 5 million dollars for paying my bills on time.I asked her how she knew that. She stated she worked for Am. Bank and they worked with the BBB. She asked if I lived very far from the post office. I said about 5-10 minutes. She the asked if I knew what transfer of funds was. I said yes. Because it was such a large amount of money I would have to transfer $500.00 in order to get this large amount of money. I said I didn’t have that much money and hung up.
