Recording reports that they’re looking for a specific person and says "I will be verifying your current address and place of employment today. In the meantime it is your responsibility and legal right to contact your plaintiff prior to being served. Their number is area code 617-932-0778. Please make reference to your case number (recorded number). Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your rights to dispute this matter and a complaint will be filed against you in your local County.. Please consider this your official notification."
I called back and won’t describe why they’re calling and get upset when you keep asking. The person they asked for has been deceased over 15 years.

This company repeatedly calls family members but not my home. My address and phone number are unlisted and I have lived here for over 20 years yet I received nothing. They call family members and threaten that I am being served, going to jail, and they are calling my "HR’ person. They hang up and flat out refuse to give me their address, or even tell me what this is for. They want my social security number which I will not give out. Sounds like a scam or shady business.
