The same thing happen to me

Same thing happened to my husband; he applied for the job and did it for a month and then right when he was supposed to get paid at the end of the probationary period he couldn’t get into his account and then we started googling to see if this was scam and landed here. We don’t believe they have access to his SSN. What was your experience? Any ideas how to proceed legally?

They listed their position on Indeed as Package Handler. They responded on Indeed, called the next morning and offered a job. Interview was easy. Just an explanation of the job with no questions to me about prior experience. They offered a $3000 monthly compensation. You get packages that are addressed to other people sent to you (usually about 1-3 packages a day) and then you have to print out the labels and go to FedEx for delivery. I saw other scam stories and left immediately.

So I saw a lot of stories about people getting scammed having "companies" hire them to check items and reship it, this "company" does the same, there’s only 2 people that answers the phone call and I was offered 3000/month to work for them plus 30 dollars per package, I guess this scam been going around, the number starting with 678 like all the other companies, do not trust anyone that calls you from 678.
