I bought a pair of alpine motorcycle gloves online, and they sent me cheap cotton gloves that looked nothing like what was portrayed online. When I asked for a refund they told me that I could try to buy them again and get 30% off. Of course they just wanted me to make another purchase on their website so they could take more of my money. All forms of communication was through email, and they ignored me everytime i asked for a refund, instead they suggested that the manager said to place an order again.
