We bought the puppies once we bought the puppies we were told we had to rent a certain crate for the puppies that would be refunded after we bought the crate that was 950 or more depending on the crate you choose we were then told we had to pay for insurance for the puppies that were 1,000 and for the puppies papers when we cancelled we tried calling and their phone number was no longer in service but worked when I called on another phone and they have not given a refund back yet
