I saw an ad for an automatic robotics vacuum cleaner keep popping on my Facebook page and I was hesitant to try it at first. But I ended up buying it anyway. The packaging look terrible and top of off it wasn’t the same vacuum as advertised. It look like a toy . I’ve try to email them but no response from them. I just want my money back.

Advertised a Perfect-Life Smart Vacuum Robot V5s. Usable on carpet and hard floors. Received a generic piece of crap that only works on hard floors. Instructions in Chinese. They advertised that it was *** ***, BBB, ***l Verified, and *** ***. None of these businesses show Allwayshop on their search and the website has since been taken down.

I ordered a "perfect-life smart vacuum robot" floor cleaner, with remote control and wifi capabilities, from this website that was having a flash sale on them. 2 weeks later I was delivered a broken "clean robot" Chinese hunk of plastic junk. See images. Here’s a picture of my order and what I recieved.

This company advertised, using a video from a completely different company’s product too, a robot vacuum that was remote/smart phone app compatible. Since they used footage (video and photos) from another company, that I wasn’t aware of at the time, the product looked quite appealing to me since I’d been looking for a robot vacuum. This company/product is advertised all over Facebook scamming more people. I’ve attached the item I received which was more like a child’s toy and not anything remotely close to what was advertised as being the product they’re selling.
