This company offered a ‘free’ sample to try their product paying only shipping. When it arrived, it did NOT have proper shipping invoice or contact number listed on credit card statement. I had to search via my credit card company to contact them. After 14 days, they charge you FULL price AUTOMATICALLY. I only learned this due to charge on my credit card. The credit card company had to locate them. When I called to complain that I was not satisfied with the product, and asked for address to return nearly FULL product back, they REFUSED to give me address, they would NOT allow me to speak with a supervisor. Their advertising is misleading. They are leading MANY into a scam- that end up paying over 85.00 per product in spite of dissatisfaction. The ‘secrecy’ of their location raises RED FLAGS- this must be reported and stopped- so ordinary consumers are not taken advantage of

I ordered a free trial skin product on line from Alluracell which had a postage fee of $4.97. After giving my credit card info and address the screen went to another product, which I did not want. There was no way to say that I didn’t want it-nothing to click on to refuse that product. I exited out of the screen. Today I received BOTH products. I was told the free trial means I can try it and return the package in 2 weeks. The second product added another $5.97 postage, even though I NEVER ordered it. If I keep both products I can have the low low price of $18.71 each. I told her to cancel my order and I will return the products. It infuriates me that they added extra items to my order and charged my account without permission.
