Type of a scam Debt Collections

Allocations Adjustment services contacted me. At first, it was a guy by the name of Mr. Devual. He refused to give me any of his information but claimed he was calling because I owe two payday loans I never paid and threatened to take me to court if I didn’t pay within 48 hours or come up with a solution. I told him I never took out any loans, and the one I have out now – I am paying on and it is current. He got angry when I refused to confirm my information and called his company a scam. He yelled at me telling me it’s a scam to take our loans and not pay them, and that I can be in court for bank fraud. I hung up. I called back and spoke to a nice woman who explained the loans to me, and I told her I did NOT take these out, She tried to get me to confirm my SS number and I wouldn’t. She sent me to a fraud department where I talked to a guy named David scott who asked how I plan to pay these loans and as soon as I told him I’m not paying for anything I didn’t take out – he started yelling and telling me they would garnish my wages. I told him I was getting a lawyer and he hung up.

COMPANY SEEMS LIKE A SCAM AND EVERYONE THERE SEEMS VERY RUDE if they’re not able to fool people…or confirm info.

PLEASE STOP THEM.
