Type of a scam Online Purchase
I clicked on a celebrity advertisement for a serum called Evaria. I fell for the free trial for $6.95. I received the product, but no other information to cancel, no invoice. A few weeks later I received another bottle. Again no invoice or number to call. I looked online for phone number. I called- they said I cannot return- they don’t accept. They tried to offer me 50% price to stay, but I declined. I called my credit card company. I waited 2 months- they said the merchant (Allnaturalrepair) provided screen shots that I accepted the terms. I never saw any info on price or commitment to signing up for a monthly delivery. My credit card company than told me that they also charged me an additional $94.90 under a different name (Complete Firm Muscle) for diet pills- that I definately did not purchase- see anything about- and I never received. They also included information in their paperwork that I could have returned the serum- but I was not given that option. I am trying to fight this with my credit card company, but they said it is tricky and I may not win. I would like my money refunded- I did not sign up for this product. They are using my credit card for purchases that I did not approve.
