A woman called saying we owed 236.00 dollars and that it had grew to 1623.00 with late fees. The bill was from 2002 for magazines. We said we didn’t owe the money and hung up. Soon after a man called and said he worked for our county and was going to help figure this debit out. He had my social security number and other information. He proceeded to tell me that if I didn’t give him a credit card or debit card he was going to freeze our bank account. Hung up on him after that.
