someone called my inlaws with a message stating i needed to call them and reference a claim # they had provided. I called, got no answer, voicemail stated Allied Company. I called again, got a person, referenced the claim # and they proceeded to quickly ramble alot of information (had to hold all questions to the end) in regards to a deliquent cash advance. They stated i had taken out a cash advance load for $400 back in 2013 from Oakwood Service loan (which i had not) and when they went to draft the payment from my bank account it had Insufficient funds that we could settle this today if i paid $600 or they would take me to court and i would be responsible for all legal fees which would cost well over $2000. Of course i told them to take me to court. Im waiting to see if the phone calls will stop…………..
