Alliance Civil Process calls people saying a court action has been filed and will stop by to make you sign documents but doesn’t. It is disgraceful that the state of Texas even license this scam business. They use a name Denny Myer aka compliance officer to intimidate people. When he calls he doesn’t say he is with Alliance Civil Process. Even call the number they just say Alliance. This scam needs to be shut down for numerous violations of the law involving in harassing and intimidation, failure to identify as a Civil Process business and doesn’t identify as a debt collector. Mr Myer isn’t even a real court processor and wouldn’t be surprise that is not his real name. I want the state to also arrest everyone for identity theft as well.
