I was called about a payment in collections with ace cash express, which ive bern owing for a while. The payment was for $250.00. Last week i went into one of the ace cash express locations to check on that and i was told thay dont do any payments over the phone for collections. She stated that they give the customer a number to call, and the customer is given the information to come in a pay it. She told me that was a scam and they hadd all my information that i provided for ACE.She also stated other customers has come in inquiring about the same thing.
