Donald Justin *** *** claims he has gone to marine engine repair school to work on boat motors. He will ask for cash upfront to buy parts, but does not actually buy the parts needed for the boat repair. Do not let him take your boat motor apart. He took our boat motor apart and did not replace the bolts correctly. Our boat started to sink because he did not tighten the bolts back correctly. He then collects the due balance in cash or check. He collected $200.00 in cash for parts, took our parts and never returned with the new parts. He says he bought the parts and will be coming by to repair the boat, but never returns with parts or your cash. He also uses several different names.
