I ordered an item from this company 11 days ago. It said it would ship within 2 days. I have yet to get any shipping confirmation, I have sent multiple emails and called and left messages, all with no response. They just charged my account for the item and I have received nothing in return. There have been multiple complaints about this very action from other people wishing to purchase products from this company.
