Complaint: All Business Consultants called us and offered to buy our timeshare in Mexico. In February, they sent over a document guaranteeing the purchase along with the agreed upon purchase price entitled "GUARANTEED PURCHASE/SALE/ESCROW CONTRACT #***". This document spells out the purchase and escrow process and expressly states that the escrow company being used to close the transaction, "Epic National Title and Settlement Services, LLC", holds all required legal licenses and permissions to transact this purchase/settlement. Epic National requested that I wire transfer US dollars to a bank in Mexico to clear Mexican tax and to create a legally verified document proving that I owe the property so they could close the transaction. To date, I have wired ~10,00 US. They are now asking for more and more $ and threaten a law suit. It’s more than 2 months now since the beginning of this process. I had my lawyer look through the contract prior to being involved. I have executed to every aspect of the signed contract we have in place, yet they will not perform on their side. Who would we contact to further pursue this.
