They called telling me that my computer sent them a warning that my pc had significant malware and they were contacting me to troubleshoot the problem. I told them I was not having any problems but they insisted that my computer was about be taken over by this malware and they could provide the solution. I asked what software had introduced the malware to which they replied windows. I advised them that it was a nice try but I have a mac. The name that appeared on my caller ID was Murphy Amy, 330-836-7919.
