Type of a scam Tech Support
Incoming call. Caller ID shows personal name "Amy Murphy" on the 330 area code number. Then switches to foreign male voice saying he represents Microsoft support. Requests access to computer then locks it up and says Microsoft license has expired and needs $250.00 to reactivate. Gave company name as All American Software, LLC and 877 toll free number. That number is not in service. Searches for both numbers on the internet show SCAM reports.
