I purchased a basketball jersey for my son through this website on September 22,2019. According to the website, it takes 3-5 days to print and 5-7 days to ship. I emailed them on the 7th business day (Oct.1) for the status of my order and did not hear from them that day. I emailed again the next day (Oct.2) to a second email address the website provided [email protected] and until now, I have not heard from them. I also called the “hotline number”and to my surprise, the number does not work. I never received the merchandise and lost my money. Beware of this company.
