Type of a scam Online Purchase
This person says that she is being sent off to the military and is in need to sell her car quickly. She says she will ship the car with ebay motors and asks for payment with 9 ebay gift cards. I suspected it was a scam when the payment needed to be done with 9 ebay gift cards. I also called their ‘helpline’ to report a scam and was met with a very rude person who tried to assure me it was not a scam.
