Letter comes from "Ali Ahmed Bassel" and says in part "I am interested in buying properties and other investments in your country through your assistance if you can help me." He wants to send his 11 year old daughter to the U.S. as he is "sick" with chronic lymphoid Leukaemia (spelling is wrong!) and "according to my doctors I don’t have long to live." He says he has $48,000,000 in U.S. money!
