Just wanting to report an email which is connected to a Paypal account. I am going to make a dispute through PayPal but just need make it clear he scammed me. Traded in game merchandise and was supposed to receive a payment of 130.00 dollars but only sent 1 cent. I have the PayPal users email. This Paypal account is used to scam.
There also seems to be a connected Skype user to this email
