Saw the website on the internet had available Cavalier puppies filled out the contact information and they email me back and wanted some background about myself sent that in said I was a good fit for a puppy got how much puppy and shipping sent money thru Zelle when puppy was going to get shipped said they needed more money for crate and insurance refused to send any more money and they said could not send a refund
