After seeing a number of Facebook ads for Airportag products, I ordered two items from their website and paid express shipping in order to get my items when I needed them. The website stated that processing would take 2-5 business days. 10 days later and the items still haven’t shipped. I attempted to contact the company three times. The first time they replied saying they’d look into why it wasn’t shipped and get back to me. They didn’t follow up, nor did they reply to my subsequent emails. There’s not phone number on the website and no way to contact anyone, other than by email which leads nowhere. I’ve disputed the charge. Such a good looking website and ads – I should have done more research.
