Product purchased from this Website called http://www.airpodoriginal2019.com (today it is http://www.interestiingcard.com). These units are being advertised as a Genuine Apple Product. However, they are Chinese Counterfeit Units that are cheaply manufactured and extremely problem oriented. Upon multiple requests for information directly from the website regarding return of the purchase for full refund (advertised as returnable up to 60 Days), I have been unable to get a response to email requests and no phone number is listed on their Website for Contact. I’ve been seeking a Shipping Return Address, Instructions, and an Authorization for Return. The Posted Website Address is a PO Box Only which can NOT be shipped to. Been looking for full Refund of Purchase of this Product that has been unused due to errant connectivity and functionality issues. Also expect this Site be exposed so that others can avoid this SCAM if possible. Thank you and greatly appreciate your support.

I ordered a Christmas present on 12/4. I was billed on 12/5. After many repeated emails that went unanswered, they finally sent me one that the carrier was backed up and they contracted with another courier to get product to everyone by 12/25. Still no response to emails, no product, now website is rerouted to another site.
