Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order
I received a check for $2810 from the navy federal credit union, was instructed to keep $300 and the rest was for start up costs. In the letter it was asking to out and purchase iTunes gift cards.
The phone number listed also stated that it was for text messages only!
