I ordered masks and have not received them. I have gotten updates saying they are on their way…giving me estimated dates and nothing ever arrives.
If not here by may 17, then I will file complaints against them.
I ordered my mask on April 10, and have not yet received it. I just emailed them and looked this company up, and it appears that I may be out $39. I have asked them for a refund as of today. If it comes in the next couple of days, I will return it for a refund, and ask Paypal to credit my account. Does anyone have any experience with getting a refund from this company?

Type of a scam COVID-19
This company advertised masks for essential workers during the Coronavirus pandemic on Facebook. The cost of the mask was approximately $38, shipping was about $5.00, and they offered “priority processing” for an additional $9.00. I placed an order on April 7, 2020. Several emails were sent to the company to inquire about shipping. They do not respond to emails. The mask was finally received on April 30, 2020. It arrived with major defects; a large hole in one seam and the vent covers do not stay in place. This company did not answer my email regarding returning the mask for a full refund. They are taking serious advantage of consumers during this pandemic.
