My wife was reaching out to MSN to determine if her email was hacked. On 3/21 she recalls contacting 1-888-905-0653. They called her back on 3/23 to see if her problem was resolved. After some discussion, and their offer to check the computer, they did using remote access. They started a scan of my wife’s computer. They showed us a doc of code with chinese writing suggesting we were "hacked". They then continued scanning her device and the next day (today) called and said they needed to upload her newer software. they reviewed my desktop and pc. When I saw the bill showed payment to Nupur Jhawar vs Agile, I became concerned.
We canceled the Paypal pending bill and are disputing the one that went to the creditcard. Today they have been calling all day. We have attemtped reverse lookup on the phone number, but no information about the number which discredits their credibility.
