I was contacted by a friend to friend her on Facebook, which I did. We started a conversation and later she asked me if I had been contacted for my allocation refund.
She described how she had received money for house upgrades and said that she had seen my name as a winner of a grant and to contact them by email. On her recommendation, to make a long story short, I accepted to pay a claim fee to receive the money.
