My 80 year old Aunt was contacted through Facebook for a home improvement grant. She applied for a $ 30, 000 grant and was told she needed to sent money to cover taxes and fees. I believe she sent a money order of $1000.
Her face book friend Janet stevens assured her that she had applied and received $100000.
