I was charged an advace fee to hire a moving company. In late May 2018, I scheduled the move for for 06/27/2018. The movers never showed up, and no one will answer my calls, emails, or voicemails. This set off a chain of events where I can’t move and a new tenant can’t move in. Plus other costs like permits, cleaners, etc.
