I am the Case Manager for people with Developmental Disabilities. I "purchased" 3 pairs of compression socks for an individual that has tactile stimulation issues. Used that individuals credit card and has shipping addressed to him. "We" have not received a response to my SEVEN emails requesting an emailed order confirmation or an emailed receipt. The only response I have received is an automated response with no specific information, just that "customer support is looking into your concern". I placed the order the morning of July 23rd. Started emailing by 3 pm that afternoon. Also, on July 24th, 25th, 27th, 28th, and today I have called the Customer service number (855) 935-4678, and get a recording-"this call may be recorded". Good luck trying to order from them, getting your money back, or even getting an actual human response! Next stop? Arizona Attorney General for investigation of fraud perpetrated on Developmentally Disabled person!
