Total money lost $130

My computer was acting really weird and a pop up kept coming up on my chrome browser saying that a virus was infecting my computer and that I needed to call a number to have it resolved. I called the number and they asked to have remote access to my computer to see the problem. I allowed this. They said that my antivirus protection was not working and that my computer was affected. They offered me systemic endpoint protection and told me they were an official affiliate of systematic. The software they downloaded looked exactly the same and whenever I had a problem I would call the support line they provided and they would take remote access of the computer and fix the problem. This went on for a year. I paid $129 for the "antivirus protection". When I was traveling abroad I could not find there support number so I went to systemic’s pngage and I found out that they are not an affiliate and when I tried to find there website I realized they did not have one. Then I looked up the address they provided for the company on my receipt for the product and the address is vacant. I immediately uninstalled the program and restored my computer.
