Hello,

"Affiliated Pathologists Central Coast" sent me an invoice by postal mail to my home address. They referenced lab work done that cost $74. They referenced an incorrect doctor’s name on the first invoice, and did not include a doctor’s name on the 2nd invoice.

My doctor’s office has NO RECORD of using them for testing and mentioned that there are no outstanding invoices that I have with them.

They are not a lab based in San Diego (I could find no record of them).

Their company phone # is not being answered. I’d like to file for an investigation.
