It is a complete fraud, Laura Preciado (benavides) was involved in my transaction for purchase of a single family home in riverside ca, after 3 horrible months of trying to close escrow we want to cancel due to never go inside the property do the inspection , it has been another half months and waiting for my EMD earnest money deposit of $9,500 dollars, after numerous phone calls and unanswered emails, we decided to visit her business in Fullerton CA, to our surprise Laura Preciado was not there and there was a 3 day notice her company it seems it is a family based business so Laura is everything from escrow, to sales agent to mortgage lender, leasing agent. At this point i will need to contact my lawyer and Real estate Attorney Generals Office, to receive her EMD of $9,500 back from Laura Preciado. i took all the reviews all same issues like us i dont really know why they still open, please please any department can stop it and send them to jail
