Arranged to purchase a puppy for $550 from "Arlene Grant". On the day the puppy was supposed to be shipped to me, she said I had to work with the shipping company to pay for the refundable crate fee of $750. That website www.pacificpetlinkstransport.com then asked for another $750, which I sent via Walmart to Walmart. Then they demanded another $1580 or the puppy would be quarantined and report me for animal abuse.
