I purchased a dress from this merchant from New Year’s, i waited for 2 weeks for the dress to arrive and the merchant kept telling me he sent it and it never arrived. He then told me he had a death in the family and wouldn’t be able to send it in time. I asked him if he was going to refund my money an he told me yes but hen said he had a coffin to pay for . I gave him time to refund my money which was 329.00, he never did, i then contacted my bank who reversed the charges. The merchant then told the bank he sent me the dress so they re reversed the charges. i contacted him and he will not respond, bank states he is adamant i received dress
