I wet to the official USPS website to change my address, simple charge of $1 usually. Well I was redirected to a third party site without knowing and input my address and card info. I was charged $44.50 for the same $1 fee the USPS would charge. Upon further digging into the website I found a number and an email to contact them. The number only stated to call back during regular operating hours, which I was calling during. I emailed them also asking for a refund based on their Full Refund Guarantee and I received a generic email reply that stated they were a third party and didn’t mention anything about my refund.
