Appears to be legit site for USPS change of address. Asks for card information to verify identity. Does not say it costs you anything but after information is entered they take money from your debit card. In my case they took over 50.00. They do not provide a contact number and no email.

Looked legit, said there USPS all over the website. Had the little security things at the bottom of the page. But when you go to click on contact us or the terms of service or anything like that….it says page failed to load. They did have a phone number on the site, but when you call it’s only a recording. It’s says to press 2 to dispute charge, but it doesn’t do anything after that. Just a recording, nothing else.

They are charging $59.03 for each month until you cancel (which you can’t do) for services you won’t get.

Bad part is, they don’t even tell you how much you’ll be charged until after you put all that information in there. My mom didn’t understand and got scammed. Now she has had to change her entire bank account and card numbers and is worried about her new address and name being out in the open.

This is NOT okay. They need to take that site down, immediately.

My mom typed into Google "Erie, pa postal address change" and they were the first that came up with a bunch of USPS logos that looked safe, so she clicked on it.
