Ordered rubbing alcohol 4/22/20 answered back not in stock/ will credit my acct. within 8-12hrs. Today is 6/15/20 ONLY ONE Answer NO CREDIT- contacted them Dozens of times no answers SO Frustrating . Has anyone heard or tried to do business have a phone number that works/ Tried to find name of owner 1st. Name was in Calif. then I found the same name & address in N.J. 2 to a 3 days order for a Tramploine 15ft with inclosure. No contact number , well I need a real contact number. I paid 325.00 for the item. Every time i go on to check the status, its a different date saying day of purchased, when I know I ordered it In May. It still reads no shipment. I need help, our they can send my money back on my card.

I ordered a trampoline and paid extra for shipping. Have not received anything and every time I call it’s a busy signal. I found a second number on their website and called that only to find out that number is no longer in service. I’ve emailed several times with no reply. Total scam, bummer that I feel robbed.

I ordered a inflatable pool. They gave me a confirmation number and I made an account. Then I was unable to get into my account . I havent received a single email from them and when I called there customer service number it was a dial tone. Scam!

I recently purchased a washer for my son and every time check the date changes. It has not been delivered. They do not contact you. How can I get a refund. I thought it was legit but was not. They do not give me a tracking number and you cannot make an account.
