You call with interest they call back but the background noise is loud like a trading floor, not like and office, the representative talked really fast. Then they tell you certain factual information about you where you live, SS#, DOB, you’re just confirming. They say their conducting a soft inquiry of your credit, calls you back with a list of your credit cards and balances but all of the sudden you no longer “qualify “ for the debt consolidation loan, you only qualify for their “ debt resconstruction program “. They negotiate with your creditors to lower your balances at 35% and close certain accounts with a balance due and you pay them a monthly fee automatic deduction from your bank account. If I was initially “pre-approved “ for Debt Consolation Loan before I shown interest then why not after I’ve made contact.
