I was looking to purchase a corgi puppy after my dog passed away. I came upon the site contacted the guy (I have all emails and text from him).
He answered my questions and I answered his. I then made the decision to proceed with the purchase. Then the shipping company (eco jet express) started to add all this additional charges that where refundable when puppy was delivered. Then today 2/21/18 they emailed stating that I had to pay almost $2000.00 for a cite permit before the dog can be shipped.
