Today we had the second phone call from ‘Minnesota First’ (651) 371-5797 within a week, after their caller was informed on the previous call that our household is on the State of Minnesota’s DO NOT CALL list. When the caller was asked today whether our household had ever done business with Minnesota First in the past, he admitted he “didn’t think so”. Minnesota First was then informed again that we are on the DO NOT CALL list, to remove our phone number from their call list and to not call back. They may be a boiler room business, however if Minnesota First fails to comply again, they will be reported to the proper authorities.

Multiple calls to cell and home phone over the past few days. "Checking roofs on your street for free because neighbors are getting work done tomorrow". It’s always tomorrow, regardless of what day they call. My neighborhood is still being built…no damage or roof work. Callers always hangup when I ask any questions, like where their business is located.
