Type of a scam Identity Theft
I was text for an application from The Bush grant foundation. The person pretended to be my cousin on fb. He wanted me to send information to an agent 1 225-655 6937. It was for a grant that Bush gives to people to help with bills or to purchase a home. They don’t answer the phone so I left a message at this number. The agent text me through messenger. The person that was texting me was suppose to be my cousin. He advised me to pay only tax because that’s what my cousin did. I had to send my driver’s license and there it showed my address.i kept asking question so he said we needed to finish the application. The supposedly cousin was so encouraging that I was going to send money to cover the amount of money’s taxes. It was suppose to be for 150.000 thou. I refused but I had already sent my driver’s license to them. Now the supposedly cousin is going through my fb liking the pictures of my family and commenting and calling me cousin on fb. I didn’t know my cousin wasn’t the person behind fb.thank you
