I was told that I owed $1,280.00 to be paid immediately and that it was assigned to the legal department of ACS and that full payment was required or further action would be against me. Contact Mike White or Daniel Colter at [email protected] They said if I don’t respond in 24 hours, they will seek legal representation in our local court house. They said they needed payment within 4 hours. When I responded, they told me I had to pay by google play card or e-bay gift card? They also said they would report the case to my local County Sheriff Department, where they would serve me a court summons at my door and send a copy to my employer.
