He’s just a straight-up thief. Obviously, he doesn’t even care about hiding it, which is unusual. He’s laughing at us and the District Attorney, since he obviously could care less. Yeah, just a painful reminder to pay attention. So many clues to NOT write him the $297 check, but I got complacent since most people do what they say they are going to do. NOT Alvin Birotte. ACE Appliance Repair is a scam, and has been for years.
